Iām out though. Unistalled last night and dont think Iāll be returning. Was just on the forums to post my frustrations with the changes. And then i saw people picking on OPā¦
Metacritic is at like 3.4 user score for voh.
Steam is at mixed 48%
Iām not the only one that doesnt like these changes, nor is OP. Player numbers are gonna tank for s6 soon. Especially if they dont fix the technical issues that are widespread, and like SOON. Legit one of Blizzards worst launches in a looooooong time.

You have know that a lot of these people think this game is Life and Death. They sit in front the screen for hrs at a time. I got the add-on about 2 days before launch of the game. I think I wasted my money like I wasted my money on the base game.
I thought maybe they were going fix the game. It took a lot thinking about if I was going to buy the Add-on. I said maybe they fix it NO!!! It is still the same piece of CRAP it was on DAY ONE.
All this game is basically a upgrade of D2. Plus D2 is really a better game too!!!
Plus people are saying it is a skill problem WOW!!! Yes maybe he has his skill set wrong. But the big problem is the CRAP that drops in the game is the #1 problem. If you have CRAP GEAR all the skills in the world will not HELP!!!

If youāre having gear issues, have you been doing whisper trees events? Those can give you a nice catch of gear at turn in and they are easy to complete if you pick and choose what to do.
Also, world bosses and legion events might be a good option too. If youāre concerned about your build, thereās less worry with world bosses and legion events as other players are there. Thereās always one guy there with some crazy build that can help clear things!
Not sure about help with gold. Havenāt found a really good source yet this season. Good luck!

- you are wrong it isnāt skill, it is just a matter of game knowledge or some of these I would say familiarity with the game
- people listen less when they find what you are saying offensive for whatever reason.
Just help, if he doesnāt take it fine. He may be trolling to get a rise out of you, unsure, but just assume he is a new player and needs help. You cannot force him to take the advice.
A lack of game knowledge is a skill issue though. And Iāve clearly explained that several times. Nobody seems to want to listen. Words only have the meaning we give them, and I chose to use them to describe his problem, as well as offer solutions to said problem. Everybody loves to ignore that point. If I were to get a job at Target tomorrow and I wasnāt as good at unloading the freight trucks as someone whoās been there for a year or more, thatās a skill issue. Doesnāt mean itās a negative thing.
If I was just trying to troll him Iād say āgit gudā and offer no attempts at making his problem better.
Im sorry you find this game too difficult, personally I like it, no challenge in EZ Mode gaming and getting gear in the mail. Hopefully you can get on track before they decide to castrate whats left of the difficulty of this game. Good luck!!!

Honestly, having an easy mode is fine. Default to Normal and let others play the way they want.
Iād probably never pick it, but that shouldnāt stop it from existing.
There is no magic method. At the time I originally replied to you, I was in normal, still working on the campaign. Iām now in Penitent doing nightmare dungeons. I honestly donāt know what to tell you. assuming youāre being legit.
But, for what itās worth, hereās what I did.
- Did campaign, all side quests, cellers and dungeons.
- Spent obols at the curiosity vendor until I had a legendary in each slot, even if it wasnāt perfect.
- Split the rest between scrapping and vending for gold.
- Only made gems, imprinted, and enchanted when I had the funds.
- Tempered when I hade enough mats.
- Repeat.
It really is that simple. If youāre not getting any gear the drop, take it to the bug forum. We canāt help you with that.

Read through this thread and I donāt understand how it can get easier. Season 1 had a blind guy play and beat Lillith. Link to a vid of your gameplay and build. Iām really curious.
Having beat Diablo, Diablo 2, Diablo 3 - I find Diablo 4 very difficult and this takes away from the enjoyment of the game, an easy mode should come to Diablo 4 and the game would be more fun and less of a grind.
