[BUG] - 7/18 - Legendary Aspect 'Berserk Ripping' not working (not applying the bleed effect)

My 2 handed weapon should be applying 58% (40%-60%) bleed… but does not appear to be.

Potentially relevant notes: PC, hardcore mode, passive bleed damage appears to be applied.

Experiencing the same here. My attacks no longer deal bleeding damage.

Aspect of Berserk Ripping no longer works

+1. Not working on my Barb either. At first log in after installing the patch, ALL of my “when Berserking” aspects does not proc, including Berserk Fury, Death Wish, Steadfast Berserker, and Berserk Ripping. After that I exited the game, relogged in, and after unequipping and reequipping everything, the aspects seems to work EXCEPT for Berserk Ripping.
