Blizzard Support and issue with ONE sub-forum

I am having a very simple but stupid and annoying issue, i can’t post in the sub-forum TECHNICAL SUPPORT BUT i CAN post in all other sub-forums in the Diablo 4 forums. When i access that sub-forum i’m greeted with the message: “Open Beta has ended. The technical support forums are currently read-only.” I’ve never took part in any trial or beta.
I can’t open a topic in there and when i click the button to do so i receive the same message.
I’ve tried logging off and on again, NOTHING, clearing all the history/cookies/etc from Firefox and trying again, NOTHING, tried with Chrome (i stopped using Chrome more than a year ago, so it’s always full clean cookie/history wise), NOTHING and tried accessing using my smartphone, SAME RESULT.
So when i ask for Blizzard Support for help, i got messages that gave links to pages that either didn’t exist, articles that had nothing to do with my issue or links that were just directing me to the forums.
Blizzard Support said that the issue was with cache information/data with my internet browsers and insisted that this was the problem even after i informed them about what everything i’ve tried.
In the last response they said to me that for them the issue WAS RESOLVED (WHICH IS NOT RESOLVED, SINCE I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM!!!) and that my account COULD FACE SANCTIONS if i decided to open new tickets because i don’t agree with the response i received.
WHAT?!
The CUSTOMER SUPPORT is threatening my account if i dare to ask for HELP/SUPPORT!
WHAT??!!
How does that make any sense at all?!
What kind of company is this (although i kinda know…)?!

I bought D4+Expansion on Steam, i have the status of D4 in my BNET account to ACTIVE, i have my Steam account linked with BNET.
I’m lost and i have no idea how or where to ask for help…

The forums are weird. Aside from the fact you can’t post in the Tech Forum itself, you can post here.

So what is your issue you’re having with the game itself? I imagine you wanted to post in the tech forum for a particular issue you had with the game.

what exactly is it that you are having technical issues with?

is it the data corruption you mentioned recently, many people were trying to aid you.

Aside from the technical forum issue (which is annoying) youd get the same replies as here =) - Blizzard cant really help you on your pc setup.

i forgot to come back to that one. well, first of all, i want to be able to post in ALL sub-forums, second, i was looking to post a Fenris error. although i found help on Discord for that.

you could also post those on the bug reports. If anything, feel free to post the fenris error and ill post it over there for you =) (including your btag)
