You should not use it and should come up with builds that work without it until it’s changed.
Be original and stop copying build guides where they use BCE for every build.
It definitely needs a second look, no question about it.
But it serves it’s purpose despite not having looked at “build guides” as I find it more enjoyable to trial and error builds than have someone say what I “should” be playing.
He just want attention. Don’t give it to him, he’s not here to talk about it for the betterment of the necro community.

If I wanted to know what they were up to, I’d go look myself.
Definitely don’t need live updates like it’s the news about what others are doing.
I use it, but I haven’t looked at a single guide. I like it. Sure, it could do some more damage, but the functionality works for me.
I only post honest opinions.
It’s a poorly designed skill that does too much and not enough at the same time. They need to pick a direction for it. Either make it utility or make it damage.
There is no doubt it’s your honest opinion, glad you worded it that way, because it looked a lot like facts in your initial post.
Do I have to say “this is my opinion” before every statement I make for you to understand it’s my opinion?
Do you understand the difference between an opinion and fact?

It’s preferable to state that it is what you think, or that it’s “from your experience”, anything that doesn’t look like it’s the Truth. Especially when the only thing that could be considered factual if actually true (not saying it’s false, nor true) is that it doesn’t do very good damage.
I’m sorry it’s this difficult for you to understand the difference between facts and opinions. Clearly I can’t make statements like this as facts so I assumed it was clear it was opinions.
I guess I set the bar of understanding too high.
And theres the difference.
Try playing it with a controller.
As long as you’re facing the right direction, it auto targets the corpse nearest to your target.
Absolutely wonderful to be honest because controllers can’t target in the middle of a horde like a mouse can even remotely as efficiently.
But then barbs on console lose on HoTa compared to keyboard/mouse.
Should be the same across the board but it’s not the easiest I imagine when one option is point and click and the other option doesn’t allow for that.
Just because you wanna use a mouse and keyboard doesn’t make a skill as you describe it.
Or try specifically saying on mouse and keyboard only as you’ll get less pushback that way, which with you always seems to turn into a pissing contest.
Maybe people jump the gun when you post because you have a history of being…infuriating to talk to.
Maybe it’s time to take a break from the forums.

BCE works just fine, could it use some quality of life changes? Sure.
I mean, you named your topic “Blighted corpse explosion is a bad skill and you should not use it”, advising to " not use it" and to “come up with builds that work without it until it’s changed”, based on, admitedly, your opinion that “it’s clunky, bad looking, does not very good damage, and is just a band aide to try and fix the necro skill tree because other skills are severely lacking functionality” (by the way, “don’t use that thing because it’s the best you have, use something else, something worse”, what kind of advice is that ?)

Opinions stated as facts based on personal experience (which seems to come from watching others, so second hand experience at that) always irk me for some reason.
