Cant claim level 80 pls fix
I got the same problem with the mount
Every works knly the mount is bugged at the start
Has anyone see any post about Blizzard recognizing this issue? It seems pretty common and I haven’t seen any kind of official mention of it. Fingers crossed it’s in the upcoming patch notes.
They responded in ticket Ive sent them, answering that they were aware that many people can`t claim BP rewards, but no ETA for fix

Fix did it, at last I could claim my BP reward
Why wouldn’t they at least make an official response saying they are aware of the issue!

On 8/3 I opened 3 different tortured gifts and it didn’t mark it as completed on my BP, is there a fix for this?
