Today after logging into Diablo IV I have unlocked the accelerated season pass due to purchasing Diablo IV Ultimate Edition.
He was able to verify that the reward for mark 14 is “x60 Platinum”. However, after claiming this reward on my store page, it still appears as 0 Platinum amount.
I would appreciate it if you would review my game account and tell me if it is an error and how to fix it.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve unlocked two rewards of x60 Platinum and it’s not appearing in the store.
Same here - I pre-purchased the ultimate edition many months ago. Now the game says that the premium pass is active and they offer me to buy the 22nd level right away.But I have a character of level 9 and it is not clear how to activate the +20 levels that I was promised.

But it does not work.
I have the same problem, I didn’t recieved Platinium after claiming 14th Tier (unlocked by Accelerated Seasonal Battle Pass). However, claiming 24th worked fine. Give me my platinum plz?

I am also having this same issue. This is very frustrating. We paid a premium price for a premium product that is struggling to deliver at the moment. The reward for the pass feel underwhelming and it not working correctly makes that price tag we paid even more painful.
Same Problem here, but for me it is 15th tier Balanced Axe Skin. The 14 before fine, 16, 17 and 18 so far fine, but that one tier i can only inspect.

I bought the accelerated battlepass but I have no way to unlock the 20 levels. It only says Premium Battle Pass active but I don’t see anything about the 20 levels.

The tier skips are for the battlepass, not your character. If the battlepass page says “buy tier 22 skip” that means your battlepass is level 21, so the 20 tier skips did properly apply and you’ve leveled the battlepass once since then, which make sense if you’ve played a bit and you’re character is level 9.
I’m having the same issue. Bought ultimate and the accelerated pass and still stuck on level 1. No unlocks
i also bought the ultimate edition. i redeemed my accelerated pass today and im still at lvl 1 on the pass. I want what i paid for!
I’ve received battle pass rewards past tier 11, but tier 10 seems to be unclaimable for me
I am unable to claim tier 40, but have claimed 4 tiers after it as of this post.
I cannot claim tier 40 helm 
cant claim t12* pants but allready got higher rewards than t14?

Same problem cant unlock the mount
And the smoldering ashes from lvl8.
unable to claim mount reward in season pass the battle pass is saying the premium battle pass is active but unable to claim any of the rewards
