anyone else notice the cooldown reduction not working. additionally hitting the skill multiple times only send back once on the same mob sometimes?

I noticed it that’s something they have to fix.

Twisting Blades modifier CD reset bug
i also noticed that it does not always return when hitting twisting blades as well.
Last night it wasnt returning when hitting a barrier, also was not procing legendary spinning effect. This occured 100% of the time when attacking a barrier or getting close enough to a bariier for the blades to touch it.
Most def. Was wondering why my casting was bunked.
