How many of the 3 angelic powers per class will be any good?
What will be buffed more?
What needs nerfing?
Your biggest unreasonable expectation?

Most unreasonable: WD non seasonal power builds will be buffed.
Biggest hope: WD gets an angelic power worth using. Top WD clear is trolling to show how bad they are and not using any. I’d like to see a vacuum power that actually works, but without a major buff to damage WD is going to be left behind.
Also they should just nix the storm armor power instead of figuring out how to prevent it being abused. It doesn’t add anything interesting. Tals needs a meteor buff.
#1 consideration when deciding angelic powers should be “Does this create something different/more interesting/enjoyable to play?”
My hopes:
Hope the strafe one gets “auto target”, buff to UE set would be cool aswell, but that is fantasy more than reality.
The other 2 are kind of meh, hope they get buffed/changed.
Also hoping the WW one will stay the same, that way I can play WW next season if Strafe isn’t getting the autotarget.
Would be cool to get the bugged AotD one back again, with less damage ofcourse, was a joy to see all them skellies run around.
Biggest hope:
That the Aug 8 deadline means we still see 2 more patches.
That tomorrow we actually see a patch.
Well, first off, I wish they had made the powers less skill specific so that all builds could equally benefit from each of them, rather than being locked into playing one specific thing for each power for the most part.
Ahead of anything else I sure hope they have addressed the problem with Crucibles (not creating actual ancient level items), which should have been fixed right away on that first hotfix so we could have been testing them this whole time instead of them being entirely broken as they are.
I feel it is a given that all of these powers need to be fixed to work with the associated supportive items and set bonus, I am hoping that the lack of such was simply an oversight.
DH. Vengeance power needs to be adjusted to weapon damage with no cooldown at all. Strafe power needs to auto target somehow, not sure how that can be done. CA Power could be less choppy, as it causes a stutterstep on usage.
Wiz. MM power could use a damage boost. Arcane Orb needs something done for the orbit rune, not sure what, but something. The Storm power, no idea, but some type of overhaul for sure.
Necro. AotD power was fun when it was broken, not so much anymore, they should find some middle ground for it. Nova, I have never seen a spirit generated, if one was it was lost in the animations and I never saw it/them. The spirit needs to be more visible or fixed to spawn if such is not happening as yet. The golem power just seems overall useless and needs something, not sure what tho.
Barb. WW power seems to be the only one of all the season powers which was actually good as is from the start. HotA power seems ok but the shockwave may need a boost. Not sure what to say about Tempest Rythm, it seems a bit clunky tho.
Monk. WoL power needs some work on the bells in terms of collision and such, also it’s terribly broken in regard to some support items. (Rabid Strike, Tzo Krin’s Gaze). The other two powers might be ok with reasonable buff from set and support items added.
Crusader. All of the powers felt weak, hopefully making them function with support items and sets will give them all the needed boost.
WD. Also, all of the powers felt weak, needing that boost as well.
Otherwise. It is hard to judge if the Crucible drop rate is in an ok place until we can test an actually correctly working version of them. I really don’t understand why that was not the first thing fixed.
Expectation is nerfs… I would be surprised by buffs.
I’d like it if there was 1 power for pushing, 1 for speeds & group play and 1 that gave the worst f tier builds like a +25 gr boost. But my answer will be 1 skill per class. Some will have 2.
Buffs? A6 needs changes. Tal Rasha needs more offense less defense. Witchdoctors in general need everything.
Nerfs? That goofy storm armor power.
Unrealistic expectation? A seeker of light rework to go with the blessed hammer power.
there’s nothing to nerf unless its monk or barb which would just be dumb. The only valid nerf is to storm armor
The patch deployed today.
Realistic Expectations
Some of the powers will be slightly buffed, some of them will be slightly nerfed, and any item that you use the AC on will be correctly converted to Primal Ancient with a Silver border and background.
Bugs like storm shield spamming will be resolved.
Unrealistic Expectations
Golem becomes immortal
Some powers are completely changed
Each class gets 1-2 additional powers to help buff some of the other sets, or to at least give them at least 1 good option.
Unlock AC so that they can be used on any legendary item, but non level 70 items are only upgraded to maximum non-ancient legendary.
AC drops much more frequently, so that you get maybe 2 whilst levelling, and another for each of the first few 100 paragons you go through.
They tend to buff quite a bit in the mid PTR patch, as needed, of course.
It’s the PTR to Live patch where we are looking around wondering where all of our stuff went.
Indeed, I am seeing Rax streaming doing sub 3 minutes GR 150. Wiz will get nerfed.
New Craft set reworked.
Forgot-- hope they find a way to keep the tweeker AotD power visual effect. Honestly don’t care if it does damage or not lol.
I could get behind a universal toughness and DR set with a hint of all res.
This reminds me of the ethereal season.
I’d prefer they make all good for push, as it is dull when there is only one clear choice.
For DH
Strafe ability: Make it work seamlessly with Rapid Fire and FoK legendaries and stick a 200% damage multiplier on player cast spenders.
Cluster Arrow: 3 beams instead of 1.
Vengeance: More frequent, allow on every Vengeance activation, but no more frequent than 8 seconds per cast.
For Crusader
Hammers: 6 Hammers boomerangs around the Crusader 60 degrees apart, 400% damage to Blessed Hammer.
Fists of the Heavens: 1 FotH per second, 300% damage to Fists.
Falling Sword Angels: these seem a bit problematic at the moment. Just make them powerful, but not exploitable.
Some of the runes are 3 beams (maelstrom and shooting stars are 3 beams), Dazzling Arrow and Loaded for Bear are 1 beam, and one is very short range (cluster bombs) is only 10 yards long.
