Personal loot vs FFA loot in public games and my requirements

After some debates I am changing my mind about personal loot. I am no longer against it and I dont care that much if it will be implemented, but there is few requirements which muset be met: 1. No improved loot, same number of loot has to drop in games. 2. Personal loot only in public games (but optional) at game creation without chance to switching it later. 3. No delay to release day, if personal loot is neeed by comunity and its not so easy to design it in Diablo 2, introduce it later and …

I think its important to find common ground in Diablo 2 player base.

Based on the reaction of devs, personal loot will not be used for release anyway.
