My Legacy of Dreams Wizard set up I use with Fire Twister variant with separate than meta version Gloves, pants and helm has cleared a 110 GR in exactly 7:15.783 my Paragon Level at the time of completion was 528 I recorded the video… My Legendary Gems were as follows: Legacy of Dreams Rank 99, Taeguk Rank 92, Babe of the Stricken Rank 61. I used Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan. MageFist, and Crown of the Primus. My gear is visible for inspection on the leaderboards to prove it…
My issue now is that mysteriously last night, the damage I was doing just vanished … Poof… Gone… I went from doing 64.7T dmg to barely hitting 10T… And I cannot clear a GR110 now. My changes from before now… I’m paragon 909 now… added rerolled my stats for higher values but kept core stats… So I’ve added more Fire skill dmg, added more Twister damage, and increased my Critical Hit Damage as well… Yet my damage dropped tramendously… I cannot complete a 110 solo anymore and I’m being called trash right and left by other players… I’m certain someone is doing this intentionally and stalling me from progressing my character build and is keeping me from enjoying the game… Please come fix it. I beg you guys…
First off, this forum is for reporting game bugs on a PC on the Live server.
Secondly, I can’t see your Character Profile because you’re on a console. But, I would bet you changed something: One wrong Set piece or enchanting off your Weapon Damage. If this is the case, it would be player error and not a game bug.
I would suggest you move this thread to the Console Discussion Forum to see if players there can help you out.
If other players determine that it is indeed a bug, then you can move this thread to the Console Bug Report Forum.

- Click the pencil icon next to the title of your thread. (See image below).
- Click the "Category" field to bring up a list of D3 Forums. (See image below).
- Find the proper Forum and select it.
- Save your edit.

Thanks for letting me know, I am new to using the forums and didn’t realize I had posted it to the wrong forums page.
Also, I didn’t unequip or change any gear whatsoever. In a Legacy of Dreams build, you don’t use set items at all. I’ve also checked and rechecked multiple times, I haven’t switched out a single item in my gear set up. As I’ve stated before, I’ve only leveled up gems and rerolled Critical Hit Damage and Twister Damage %'s to be higher than they were when I cleared the GR110 solo. There’s no reason whatsoever that my damage would drop to the point that I cannot even handle T-16 now… It’s rediculous how much my damage has dropped…

Okay. It’s just that, most of the time, when we see these kind of bug reports (on a PC), we check the players’ build and find they’ve enchanted the Damage Range for another Property. For example:
This is what happens when you enchant the Weapon Damage off of a Weapon for another Property:
Never roll the Weapon Damage off of a Weapon unless you’re creating a zero-Damage support build (zDPS) or an Invoker build. It doesn’t matter what type of Damage it is. It’s just extra Damage. A LOT of extra Damage. 
So, if you’re sure you didn’t change anything that would affect your DPS, then maybe some other console players will be of help. (Or Blizzard will look into it).
If you haven’t figured this out, I could take a look at your setup and see if anything stands out.
