I have two devices connected to my PC. Headphones and speakers.
In diablo settings I choose output device “headphones”, apply changes, but sound is still from speakers.
If I choose “speakers” - then sound iis in my headphones.

This sounds like a technical issue (no pun intended). I have no idea how you have your system set up and I’m also not very tech-savvy. But, most sound devices have a Control Panel that will allow you to “mute the speakers when headphones are plugged in”. I also believe this essentially acts like a switch to toggle between “speaker sound device” and “headphone sound device”. I would check your computer’s sound control panel and see if there’s a way to set this up. Then, when you plug your headphones in and select them as your sound device in D3’s Sound Options it should work properly.
If this does not work for you, then you should move this thread to the Technical Support Forum to get help from someone with more technical knowledge.
