Also another thought occurs. Are you using a desktop or laptop for gaming? Sometimes when gaming on a laptop it tries to default to onboard graphic card rather than use dedicated and you get weird issues. You can force the game to use dedicated graphic card in the settings for the graphic card itself.

In the tech alpha bug reporting section some people are reporting the exact same fault. One user reported that running a Windows update fixed things for them. Is your windows up to date? If itâs using DX12 then you may need MS updates. (Which would make sense. D3 is directx 11 IIRC. So thatâd explain why D3 works and D2 isnât)
Also⌠Running Windows 10? Windows 7 is not supported.
