You do realize that the next tier of skills unlock in D2 faster than it would take you to put three points into all first tier skills. The same is true for the next one at levels 12, 18, 24, and 30.

• We’re not talking about Diablo 2
• Why would you EVER max out an entire tier first?

You would look at all of the skills before dumping ANY points into them. Think about a path you want to go, and then level up those skills. What kind of potato maxes out the entire first tier when he could’ve put a couple points into a skill in the next tier?

We have no idea of what max level will be in D4. It could be anything. Heck it could even be like D1 level 50.

They literally said they’re aiming for Lv 40 and selling expansions.

You should probably quit while you’re ahead.
