What did you enjoy about Diablo 3?

Enjoyed first 10 min of game play and killing skeleton king, that’s about it, rest of it was bad.

3 things (overall)

  1. The challenge to level up while using on each and every level (or as much as possible) the skills/runes that got just unlocked

  2. The Act 5 (Campaign), ESPECIALLY the BoE + Battle Ram part :), perhaps even the Sewers with the Fire-spinning turrets overall… It’s a really nice interract-with-enviroment rather than just fight pure mobs type of experience

  3. Demon Hunter and Wizard… REALLY NICE and dynamic classes with lots of utility (including even a temporary/hybrid melee build here & there somewhat feasible)

I enjoyed the cartoon atmosphere, shallow storyline, uninspired itemization, and non-existent character customization.

Who’s paying you? Asking for a friend.

Vanilla player here.
Loved the combat and the challenge that inferno brought, belial was absolutely hardest to solo, took me whole day to perfect the fight and kill him.
Apart from that, I hated itemisation with passion from the start, and not gonna lie, it was huge let down for me personally, i was very hyped about the game. flat + to stats doesn’t cut in in diablo game. That design was very shameful considering how revolutionary diablo 2 was with items. It’s like completely destroying one pillar that game stands on.

  1. Fluidity of the fighting
  2. I enjoyed almost every build/set and their playstyle. Especially barb! WW, Charge and Leap/Earthquake and Sentry DH and hammer Crusader. But at the end, when you have tried them all… there’s nothing more to try.
  3. Kanai’s cube

The movement feels good the same way the driving in GTA V feels good.
Good movement is always welcome; stiff feeling games hurt my forehead.

i really enjoy nothing from this trash game

Old puzzle rings that spawned goblins. Full groups using it .

Sometimes, I like games that are casual and can be played on short sessions without thinking too much about what you’re doing.

D3 is exactly that.

110% agree clueless game

But I meant it as a good thing.

Sometimes I’m just at the bus station or something and I just grab my switch and do a few rifts. It’s quick, simple fun.

Gawd!

You bring a whole new meaning to the term glutton for punishment.

I know trauma can be enlightening, but dayum!

The gameplay. It’s been the best gameplay amongst all ARPGs since it was released.

Everything else however… questionable.

I remember, in D3 Vanilla, reaching Ghom at Inferno difficulty, completely undergeared and finding a total brick wall.

I had to go back and farm just to pass it. And that was only ACT3…

Probably one of my dearest memories, since it made me relate to Duriel in D2… that f**king guy…

D3’s best things are the QoL features and Combat Mechanics. Bounties were a little fun as soon as they appeared. And ACT5 was gorgeus.

you can, like me, evolve many classes, within the sandbox of 2 levels: T13 or T15.
-i’ve fun for years doing that and still am improving and testing fun builds.

I liked how they made clans official (yet somewhat pointless without trading/competitiveness in game). I think I liked the auto gold pickup even though it took away the “is this amount of gold worth grabbing?”. I liked the idea of upgrading the look of artisans with each stage. They were way too easy to attain but I think it could be something if reworked. I liked having a shared stash so I didn’t have to make a million mules.

That just about covers it.

The updated graphics are nice. Everything else is crap.
