"Up and at gem" achivement not unlocking

Hi, I am playing in Season, with a wizard. I have actually leveled 4 gems over Level 35, but this achievement is not showing as earned for me. It is the second last achievement I need for champion, please assist. Thank you

EDIT So i just levelled a third to level 40 and it unlocked. definitely a bug?

NOT BUGS

1. Gem Level Requirements for Season Journey:
   Urshi has to see 3 gems above the required level at the same time. If you used one as an augment or transferred to another character, it no longer counts. Once the 3rd gem reaches the requirement, it will complete but all must be available either equipped/inv/stash at the same time.

In addition, if some gems are placed in inventory of other heroes, Urshi couldn’t see them, then she wouldn’t give you credit.
