Ok since last patch I keep getting loading additional content. I have done a scan and a error check. Not fixed, also have not gotten any Primals for 3 months. Strange at best.
Should I uninstall and reinstall or is this just the way they punish people that do not pay to play?
Do not need cosmetics just a game that wotks the way to TOS says it will.
The “loading additional content” is a glitch that has not and won’t be fixed. You can continue to play: the glitch just slows down loading. Making an SSD your primary drive (where D3 is stored) will make the glitch a blink that you may not even notice.
Primal drops are infrequent. If you have not cleared a level 70 greater rift, you will not see any primal drops. If you are not playing T16, you can go a very long time not seeing primal drops.
Install and reinstall will do nothing for either of your complaints. The patch has nothing to do with either complaint.

Everything you said is exactly right. But, to avoid confusion, especially if newer players read this, you should add “Solo”.

(You don’t know how many times someone posted they weren’t getting Primal items. After questioning them, it turned out they were running Greater Rifts with friends.)
Primals drop when they drop. My grand daughter plays both the USA & EU servers. On the EU server she has finish the season journey & Altar. She has 14 primals on the EU server. On the USA server she has 2 primals. She has played about same amount of time on both servers too. It is the way the game is. Some people it rains primals where others don’t get hardly any.
Oops, I forget to say solo because I only play solo.
There is another important thing in order to get primals… You need to play the game actively. 
(Not just be on the forum complaining about how bad the game and Blizzard is).
Could be an error with refresh of the server feed but I don’t see any Seasonal character on your profile. If you happen to have a character in Season, it’s not shown or marked as a Seasonal from the site user interface. In case you play non-Season only, try speed farming GR90-100 tier almost non-stop. Without Vision rifts of Seasonal, farming T16 won’t have the drop rate you wish for.

Ouch. Everyday 6 hours for last 3 month, been playing since at least 2019 and only 3800 career paragon.
I am sitting at 2k paragon playing 3.25 hours a day for 70 days of this season. Of that 3.25 hours a day, 2.25 of it is running Visions or AFK.
If you have seriously gone 3 months without a Primal, have a solo GR70 clear, and are actually playing 6 hours a day, playing T16 on NS is probably your problem. Regular rifts or bounties are terrible for legendary drop rate. If Primals are what you care about either run some GRs 90+ in the 2 min range or play seasons (if you only care about running T16 stuff) to run Visions.
I casually run Visions for like an hour to two a day. I net easily 400 legendaries an hour.

ya, always interesting when someone comes on complaining about terrible drops rates, claiming they play an enormous amount of days/hours. Check their profile and they have real low numbers. Either some major exaggeration, very inefficient play, or both.

Someone tell Frogg that the difficulty of Greater Rifts has nothing to do with the difficulty setting from Normal to T16.

In an effort to avoid confusion: Running Greater Rift 140 on Normal Difficulty is exactly the same thing as running Greater Rift 140 on Torment XVI (Torment 16).
Of course, I always run Greater Rifts on T16. When I get tired of Greater Rifts I can switch to Visions without having to Leave Game and change the Game Settings.

As far as the “Loading additional content” goes, I ignore that because it only flashes for a fraction of a second and does not affect my gameplay. I certainly wouldn’t uninstall/reinstall because of it.
You obviously didn’t view @Jazz EU Profile with over 6k Para in NS and almost 3k Para this Season.
Hint: If the BTag number starts with 2, it’s an account in EU.
