Unable to unlock Kanai Cube on S20 charachter

I have gone through the quest to unlock the Kanai cube 6 times on both public and private games at various difficulties (up to T2). After clearing the stomping grounds and porting back to the immortal throne there is no prompt or dialogue to recieve the cube

Not a bug.

The Immortal Throne area is where the March-only Kanai’s event takes place and, in the last week of March, where you get the Kanai’s Skorn weapon transmog.

That is a completely different area of the map from where you obtain the cube.

Ok, I’m an idiot then. Where do you actually get the Cube from?

Act 3, take the waypoint for The Ruins of Sescheron (it’s in the top right corner). Go left, not right into the forest. Continue through the Ruins of Sescheron until you find a door to a new area labelled ‘Elder Sanctum’ - this is the same place where you can find the Immortal Throne area if you so wish, but Kanai’s Cube is in a different part of the same zone, usually in the east/north-east of the map. I’ve attached a screenshot of the route I took to find it, yours may vary slightly, but following the outside ‘wall’ of the map can help if you’re struggling to find it.

The cube is at the far west end of the elder sanctum.

I cannot continue in the region 5 series of the game (Westmarch) because no quests or areas of Westmarch are available to visit to finish the game. I am in the initial part of the game in Season 20, trying to finish so that I may enter bounties and the higher levels of the game.

Are you playing campaign? Adventure mode is unlocked for seasonal heroes automatically. You don’t need to complete campaign.

For don’t know how to continue the campaign, better ask on other forum.

This was my issue, trying to unlock cube for Season Journey in Adventure Mode.

  1. Start a game in Adventure Mode.
  2. Open the World Map and select Act III.
  3. Click on the Ruins of Sescheron Waypoint.
  4. Proceed north (up) into the Ruins.
  5. Explore the area clockwise (left turns).
  6. When you reach the entrance to the second Level, enter the Elder Sanctum.
  7. Navigate the Elder Sanctum in a counter-clockwise direction (right turns).
  8. You will eventually come to a doorway that leads into a small square room. (Not to be confused with The Immortal Throne area).
  9. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see Kanai’s Cube sitting on a pedestal in the center of the room.
  10. Approach the pedestal.
  11. The Ghost of Chief Elder Kanai will appear and remove the shield protecting the Cube.
  12. Click on the Cube to acquire it.

I’ve been trying to find this Janis cube but had no luck please help me I’m on my PlayStation 3 with the 1.0.3 version of the game I bought it for my system but I don’t know where to find it please guys help me find it or come online to ur ps3s to help me get it my gamer tag is rockhell03021987 I’m needing it really bad I was also jw if I could get it for my patch or if I need to update my version of the game so it’s a higher version but if u guys could come online and add me and show me where to go that will be great I’ve been looking and looking on every adventure mode map but had no luck could u guys help me out I’m wishing that I can get it for my patch of the game I with I had the cube and the bonus stuff that u can get from it I’m liking to get it if one of u can show me the way if u add my psn gamer tag and show me where to go on adventure mode I would like to have it so I can also do the greater rifts to I haven’t even got a greater rifts key yet please guys help me out or help me rank up more quick

Well I have this for my game for the game 1.03 and I was jw when I get the kanais cube like how I can get it I need help finding it it is only for March right like next March at the end of the month or how do I go by getting this cube

purchase a base game (Diablo3), then go to the store, and purchase diablo 3 addon - Reaper of Souls.

I got the Reaper of souls already I was having trouble with my cube finding do I got to delete it and then reinstall it cuz I was jw that but if I did that I can’t go to adventure mode I was jw how to get the cube cuz I already bought the hole game for my PS3

Good grief. A simple Google search will tell you it is in Act III, Ruins of Sescheron…

Kanai’s Cube does not exist on PS3.

The reason for that is that the PS3 is limited to version 2.0.6 of Diablo III and the Cube was added in version 2.3

So ur telling me I just deleted my whole game for nothing to just see if I get a stronger patch if ur telling me this now why not sooner now I’m mad I was a high lvl and had good items now I got to start from scratch now cuz of u I couldn’t get u to reply to me sooner could u

He does not work for Blizzard . They do not answer on this Forum for PC Bugs.
Your anger should be directed at whoever told you to delete your game.
