Join button not highlighted cannot join , communicate or be invited to any game . cannot create a private game.

Change characters and it should fix your issue. D3 was made with a really bad engine so it could be ported to consoles. The same issue is going to arise again with D4 since they’re making the same mistake again.

You got an answer in one of your other threads. In the future, don’t make 3 threads, it means you lose track of them.
You never answered the question. Are you Silenced in any Blizzard games?
