In general, I just have trust issues. 
I guess it still took a while for Sir Francis to get his ideas across.
He lived in the 16th Century and also got himself into hot water with Queen Elizabeth I.
His ideas, as well as those of other English philosophers, helped fuel what we now call The Age of Enlightenment which produced (among other things) the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.
Back on topic: Trust levels mean little to me. I still post the way I always have.
