This is relevant at low levels. It is not a staple for end game.
Since you apparently copied the stats from a website. Let’s see what a D2 websites says:
“Stealth is useful to low level casters, due to its boost to mana regeneration and cast rate, as well as the ease of obtaining the required runes. Its poison resistance may be useful against early bosses like Andariel, at least in Normal mode.”
I use stealth and know its attributes. You’re going to need more than that for mana though.

This forum is flooded with selfish manchilds that beg and beg for changes into a game they dont know or they cant remember.

No, only using Stealth and not caring about other items for speed running is what you claimed. That’s not my style of play. I’ve granted you that it’s used for speed runs, since it’s a non-sequitur for non-speed runners, so the argument can go further.

on a D2 wiki as support for my argument. This is far better than saying the majority supports something based on a poll where no verifiable proof whatsoever has been given to even confirm the poll’s existence.
I think you’re looking at it from a speed run perspective. The run/walk speed is crucial for that. However, this item is garbage for mid-level sorcs. Probably even sooner than mid-level.
Hey OP - if you’re so hard core and elite, stick with D2. You don’t need remastered graphics or any new QoL changes.
D2R is for people who find it refreshing to have a few nice changes and modern updates to a great classic game.

i’m not complaining about QoL changes, i’m complaining about ploot and pvp arenas. that’s not what the essence of diablo 2 is about
For me at least, I want a personal loot option in a modern realm and a strict remaster realm that keeps FFA only loot. I still do not know why you have reluctance to have an option put in the game that you never have to see in the strict remaster realm. Do not like ploot, just play in the strict remaster realm.
