What recourse do I have??? I did nothing wrong to deserve to be glitch killed while in a safe zone. Hardcore Seasonal.

Oh, they might be punished if they abused something, your char will still be dead though.

They were running a GR for me. Then when I went to loot, they teleported me back to town and used some sort of meteor attack on me. He was spamming it at the start of the game but it wasnt hurting me.
Another player can’t kill you. I never heard such thing as you describe. How did they teleport you?

Were you in town? Or was the town portal being cast?
In town, you are immune to damage, outright, 100%. Except things that you do to yourself like blood spells.
Was the guardian named Ember? It can drop a meteor that can kill even after the guardian itself has been.

i was definitely in town. as soon as i got to town, they used some sort of attack and it killed me.

No.
What you’re describing is impossible unless it is some hack.
And in that case, maybe you should not play with people who would do that. I mean, if they start attacking at you the moment you enter the game, that’s a pretty dang strong indicator to walk the jet out the hangar.

So if I understand this, two players killed the RG in HC you went into the rift to get the loot. They teleported you back to town and killed you? Is this even possible? Reach out to Misscheetah to see if she can help. Because that story does not even make any sense.

Only thing I can think of is that you cast portal, and they popped an untouched shrine wearing a Nemesis bracer, and right as you ported the spawn killed you. And when you appeared in town, the animation from the attack finished playing.
Not even sure that is possible though.
Indeed, that story does not make sense. I can’t help with it either.
There is no restoration for HC chars for any reason. Period.
