I would imagine it’s about as much interest as those outside the USA have in the 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving but they still get a mention.
The US forums are frequented by players from EU precisely because the EU forums are pretty much dead, and get absolutely no response from Blizzard, so occasionally European stuff gets brought up.
