Aye, 4k is all that’s needed, I wouldn’t ask for more really. But there’s not gonna be a situation right now where you would need to nerf the condemn items, because it’s not a top level build. BS is roughly at the same power level as condemn, due to the stacking from leniency.
Phalanx has a few builds already laid out, but it’s missing the major damage multipliers.
Heaven’s fury though is in a weird place, for reasons unknown they decided to give it a stacking damage function, much like boneringer. What it did was to give crusaders a powerful meta rgk build, but at the same time, it limited all future power increases. I’d say give it a limit like the new boneringer, but instead give it a decent damage buff so you reach max damage after maybe 10ish stacks rather than infinite. If you can achieve the damage faster, it can serve as a powerful rgk still (infinite stacking still exist on stricken), but also it gets some functionality to manual cast elite hunter solo build.
