After dying in a greater rift, the revive screen didn’t pop and I couldn’t go back to town, revive or do anything else but leave my game.
I was playing a Necromancer with full Masquerade of the Burning Carnival and I had Final Service. I believe it might be cause by the anti-death mechanics of these items/passive.
