Details are posted by people WHO attended Blizzcon (streamer or not, so, stop the hate on streamers), and probably Blizz is still preparing patch notes for changes. There is not official word about it yet.

Edit - BTW: This is a sarcasm from Fluff about what some people believe he had the power to tell Blizz Developers to do a new PTR, put in all PS4 consoles with changes he “wanted” and do in 20 min (I cannot believe I had to clarify this, anyway, just in case).

He still don’t know what he talks about. Barbarians have been underpowered for many seasons now. Compared to other classes that have dominated.
He claims to be a lord of d3 yet know nothing. He just follows whatever blizzard says without an opinion of his own.

Well, since you mock this forum/post on your stream to get content, I don’t know what to think.
But you clearly don’t know this game, when you call it for a small nerf, when it wasn’t. While Necromancer and Wizard and Dh and now Wd can do better than Barbarians, still.

Y’all, Fluffy was being sarcastic in the clip. He’s not calling for a nerf. Yes, he’s wrong when he calls the potential Lamentation nerf a “small nerf,” but we should not be directing our ire at this guy. I can tell you with 100% certainty that the work Rage, myself, and the Barb community did on the proposal was far more meaningful to the devs than what streamers and YouTubers said about it, even though those other outlets helped publicize and promote. And for the record, Fluffy helped to bring attention to our proposal by discussing it at length on his podcast.
I understand that we’re all trigger happy right now when it comes to Barbs and nerfs and so forth, and to be clear, the nerf to Lamentation is NOT a small nerf (it’s at least 7 GRs), but Fluffy is a valuable member of the Necro community, and a respected content creator.
I’m asking y’all to back up on bashing this guy and stay focused and positive about making sure the nerf to Lamentation doesn’t go live.

While we have respected content generating members, would it not be more prudent to accept suggestions from majority of PTR testers then any one individual that Is principally focused on his favorite class? I have watched a lot of content from people who come and gone over the years, but when you see someone getting upset about it online that kinda makes the viewer consider the opposite views also. You see it online here, you have people questioning changes which is good and I expect Blizzard will go back and examine how they want the game to work. For some that get too caught up in their own environment it’s just a game.
PS as I previously said several times, let this PTR variation go forward, see how it changes the overall playing of D3 please. Thanks.
I am sorry that people are attacking you personally. I am glad that you let people know about the affix change before the final patch went live. Unless something fell though the cracks, the developers had an active role in changing the lamentation affix based on reasons. We do not know precisely what those reason are.

Good question.
Personally, I think one of the biggest problems Blizzard has had with D3 has been a failure to connect with community experts. For example, in the Barb forum, we have in-depth breakdowns of every build and mechanic, and more importantly, we know the nuances of the class. We don’t focus on how the top 1% plays the game, but how everyone can play the class at various levels. When it came time to scrutinize the Rend and WW changes, I wish they had talked to the resident WW experts, folks like Ulma and myself, and I wish the developers had a more hands-on approach in such an exchange.
I wish Blizzard directly queried those individuals in addition to looking at the larger volume of public PTR responses. In other words, I wish they trusted in people who really know the ins and outs of the game and put more emphasis on that.
