Streamer banned for botting, already 3.5k paragon

That’s a hypothetical that nobody has shown any evidence actually happened.

It was a smoke/mirrors response from somebody who was upset that they were getting debunked.

As a child I often played videogames more than 12h per day. As a adult I recently had 5 weeks of vaccation and I played more than 12h per day. Was it good for me? Maybe not. Was it fun? Yes!

I’m reporting you for botting! You played for more than 12 hours per day and according to my personal criteria that I made up myself, you ARE, in fact, botting. Enjoy your ban!

fabrication is fabrication, nowhere did i suggest let alone openly admit i even have an alt account, in fact i disagreed and brought evidence as not being alt account.

bla bla bla and you accuse others of using sementics.

Thats not how it works tho, everyone is free to report to hacks team of suspicion of cheating/botting, its up to blizz to do something with it or not. Not every report will result in a ban. And again in the other thread you were saying:

You are just contradicting yourself for the sake of arguing because in this thread you took the underdog postion and defend it vehemently as always (like in the multiboxing thread)

What a trip… reading the back and forth responses I was thinking the same thing “this parent/guardian - child playing 12h by 12h for months” is some social service support case.
As a parent is horrifying to know (or imagine) a father/mother would be backing up a child/teenager playing D3 12h straight every day for months.

The Cartman’s Red Flag of parent neglect.

Your secret is safe with me, RNA I promise!

That’s not even remotely semantics. I’m not arguing the small meaning of a word. I’m discussing two completely separate topics. I’m sure you knew that. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt.

That was a joke. I hope you knew that too.

How am I contradicting myself? And again, why do you keep bringing up multiboxing in a thread talking about botting? I’ve asked 3 times now what that has to do with this thread and instead of saying it, you keep repeating yourself (something RNA does  )

A parent forcing their kid to do that is horrible, I do agree. There are parents out there who will make their kids do things like this or worse. I only brought up that it happens but didn’t say it was ethical. However, ethics =/= against the rules here, which is unfortunate.

lol I was reaching for “allowing”… the thought that a parent would be forcing didn’t crossed my mind… it is much more horrendous.

Hardly. Ethic is just a fancy word for opinion, and forcing opinions on people is rarely if ever a good idea.

You are contradicting yourself between threads. Multiboxing thread has to with it, because it was the same behaviour from your side. Rna and i write different in different time zones, and yet sometimes we write at the same time (during the day), we have diiferent reasoning and different prose and different spelling errors as i am a dutch guy and he is somewhere from the US. One thing i do share with Rna is im done with you as you can keep arguing in circles indefinitly.

I agree, it very much is.

Allowing… it depends. I allowed my middle son to play on my WoW account once to try it and see if he liked it. I let him play on my Destiny 2 account because I had weapons he wanted but RNG wasn’t in his favor. I knew how he was as a gamer and I knew he wouldn’t compromise my account.

However you want to spin it, it can be a touchy subject. Some people see the most horrible and vile things as totally ok to do. It’s a waste of time to argue over it.

Again, you keep bringing up multiboxing yet despite repeat times being asked “what does multiboxing have to do with botting”, you just keep repeating it over and over. That… is what’s called “going in circles” as you said. And that’s exactly what you RNA has done more than once… kept bringing up a converation about multiboxing in other threads but refused to state what it had at all to do with the conversation at hand. What it screams is “I can’t let that old conversation go”. It obviously struck a huge nerve. Seriously, let it go.

If you want to take the time to explain what multiboxing has to do at all with this, I’ll be happy to have a conversation with you.

Allowing to play sometime from time to time is cool. Everybody does, is how we get into things. On the other hand, 12h for 30 days per month is crazy, almost labor sh*t territory.

I agree, that’s fine. I’m sure someone will want to chastise me for it but oh well. I don’t condone the forcing thing at all.

Yeah, I agree, and then those horrible things become law, as it’s clearly evident in the US as of late.

I’d love to have a beer with you and talk about that all day. :frowning:

Yeah, political idiocy never cease to amaze.

I don’t think anyone said it’s impossible for all of these accounts to belong to parent/child combos.
However, they have said it’s improbable and it’s more likely that they’re just cheats…

please explain why they wouldnt both have an account each.

also why arent they ever playing at the same time together?

because THEY ARE JUST A BOTTER.

25 would be impossible. 24 is possible. U dont need to cheat to be logged in 24/7.

So now we’re at a parent/child combo that plays 24 hours a day between them for an entire season?

Nah. Just because u have 24h gametime it doesnt mean u playing 24h. I leave my pc on when i go eat for example. Doesnt mean im playing when im eating but it surely increase my gametime. Being in game for 24h is possible without cheating.
