Stash Space, I know, it's been posted a dozen times

It is very strange that they took this stance… and then expanded the follower system which allowed more actors to exist in a game instance.

Also strange that they don’t just give us more character slots either which, for me, would be an even better system as I could then bunch up my builds for specific sets on a dedicated characters.

I play all the classes, not all the sets tho, some of them are just not to my liking. I do play at least 2 sets for each class tho. Also, I keep all ancient versions of every set just in case.
I will also give those bad sets a try if/when they are “adjusted”.

Wudijo specifically said in his video that he had to use mules. Did you watch the video?

I have my stash space worked out correctly for years in order to have free tabs and I have every class and every set.

So I actually have experience when I say managing inventory is currently a pain. So when players like you who don’t have actual experience with managing that much inventory say, just get rid of items, I always wonder how they know what the actual experience of managing all those sets is like.

Basically, if you don’t have 13 stash. 7 shared and 3 private is still more room than 10 shared.

Because the people who actually play all the classes get bored when you just run T16 with one set.

So here’s how 10 armory spaces work if you actually play enough to get bored with playing one set in every class

WWRend Solo Push
WWRend T16
WWRend Bounties
WWRend Speed 90s
WWRend Speed 90-120s

Raekor Solo Push
Raekor T16
Raekor Bounties
Raekor Speed 90s
Raekor Speed 90-120s

Some classes have group builds, zdps builds etc.

Now you need another toon for IK and MoTe, LoD, Savage, etc

I always laugh when people who don’t have every set for every class augmented with the hours they spend leveling gems (before Whispers of Atonement) say that people should just trash all the gear they augmented and that you don’t need more inventory . They’re just clueless.

I can relate. I have a few too as well. Reach by the 9:46 mark of wudijo’s video, he mentions how you need to cut corners.

And requires a bigger amount of data space which they have to pay for as the data center rent. Do the game monetized? No. There’s no loopback for a reason to ask the same question over and over again but here we are.

What’s the difference between those two? At most you change your Follower items or grab a different Follower so you can do speed 90s content which you can run Nephalem Rifts or bounties at T16. You’re making up excuses to seem like you’re running out of space. Please tell me, what do you change at those builds to completely separate them and need more than 5 extra slots?

You can sneeze at anything below GR90s with a decent amount of augments and only a two, three speed items to breeze through Nephalem Rifts and Bounties. When you’re in a group, you can always use any decent build as efficiency is covered by rest of the team.

They gave us more data space for the followers to carry more gear.

T16 vs bounties uses different gems. I run a faster speed build with different passives in T16 like pound of flesh for speed. But with bounties, I’m not killing trash so i switch out pound of flesh with Unforgiving to maintain Fury.

Also I have to run Focus/Restraint/Band of Might for bounties for damage and damage reduction for Mathael instead of running with Rachel’s Ring, Obsidian, RRoG and Goldwrap for my damage reduction for T16.

Speed 90s is close to my T16 with different gems and no Goldwrap. Speed 90+ is close to bounties but with less movement, like IP Iron Hide instead of Bravado.

I also save one Armory tab for my NoGems build which is my solo build without my legendary gems so I don’t have to manually remove them with the Jeweler.

Via a small improvement; Followers used to carry 3 jewelry slots and a weapon, now they added 9 slots more. If you look at the game one stash tab carry more than 27 items, it carries 35 if you fill it with double slot, big items and about 70 if you fill it with jewelries only.
Simple math.

In a multiplayer game they need to be synchronized, and socketed items count as more entities as Meteorblade explained. When doing something for practical measures you can’t leave things down to luck and everything has to be solid to not threaten game integrity. There will bad actors and hackers who would like to break your game.

You could do those changes manually with ease and still not doing all of those you wouldn’t lose most of the efficiency. Just adorn one Follower for speed Neph runs at T16, one for GR90-120 and other for pushing. Much easier than hassling about Armory. Just grab a few quick speed items. Even without goldwrap, you’ll be fine, you don’t even need it for T16; you can cube it if you want but I think it won’t do much of a difference when you are boasting rank 120 augments.

It seems like you’re obsessed with the game and expect more of it. Some of us are fine with it being a decade old game which we return casually.

I have a too many builds to keep track of. It’s a lot to keep track of which gems and which skills go with speed vs less speed and more dps. If I get bored and decide to run T16 Inarius for the heck of it. I don’t have to remember which gems I need for it.

That’s why I actually use the Armory. So I don’t have to remember all my builds across all the sets.

I just GR pushed all my WD sets in non-season a few weeks ago. So I ran speeds 90s-110s to re-acquaint myself with the playstyles. At this moment, I couldn’t tell you which gems and skills I used between speeds vs push. I have no clue. It’s all in my Armory.

“if we give you more you want more, and more and more and eventually all the internet is your items.”

  • Josh Mosqueira, (talking about stash.)

We started with 4 we now have 13. Some of the people who are complaining about stash have not even bothered to unlock the 5 from the seasons. Blizzard tried to increase it to 15 but said they cannot do it.

I am very, very interested to learn exactly how can something be… unlicked? Teehee

I think this is a lie that you tell to yourself. You don’t. You can only divide your attention between so many characters. There will be some that you will take a break from and won’t gonna play for a long time. That’s what wudijo mentions by his Necromancer. Also yeah, have you unlocked all 5 stash tabs?

If you keep telling me that there’s a huge difference between GR75 and GR90, I’ll start to question things. You can overpower the content as you invest time and after a while it shouldn’t matter if you playing speed GR for gem level ups or doing bounties.

This reminds me of that April March song, Chick Habit. Translated from French it had some weird terms.

This is the reason why I have my profile available and don’t hide it – so everyone can see my gear and builds across all my toons.

They know my paragon, how much I’ve played and they can look up my leaderboard stats so they can see that I play every class.

So when I say there’s a stash issue with managing so many sets and builds, I actually know what I’m talking about.

Honestly, since there’s season themes now (and thus an incentive to play season). Can we just give the people who haven’t unlocked the 5 season stash tabs their stash tabs? Or at the very least let those people unlock all 5 season stash tabs in a single season?

So what? Your core setup remains the same, just a few items change, and some items can interchange between classes like a some rings or amulets and legendary gems.

Dont forget thorns frenzy, raekor charge, globe barb, and alot more builds i can think of…

That would be like giving every team in the NFL the Vince Lombardi Trophy. Many of us had to actually work at getting them. It took me several seasons to get them because I had a difficult time with some of the set dungeons. I have never been an advocate for giving stuff to people for free when others had to work for it.

So you play all of them all the time and you only have 4.9k plvl? Interesting. Last season we got free Tier 125 augments and I see that you don’t have many augments above or under that value as well.
Good luck at playing all of your entire roster all the time I guess. If you wanna classify yourself as an exception or above youtubers who gain money from playing video games, so be it.

That’s the issue, you don’t have to manage all of them at once. If watching wudijo or raxx’s videos were to teach you anything we wouldn’t have that discussion.

Skills and passive change. Not just items.

I don’t want to remember that I have to switch Iron Hide to Bravado speeds vs t16. Or that I have to switch Unforgiving for Pound of Flesh. I remember which skills and passives need to be swapped now since I’ve been play barb all season. But I can’t tell you which Necro skills need to be swapped for their sets. That’s why I have the Armory - to remember for me.

You can still do that manually, and having enough augments and paragon level you barely need any drastic changes to your item gear up for more efficiency. All mid tier GRs under 100, supposed to play the same for you once you reach a threshold. After a while you can determine how much utility you need by adorning your Follower, not changing the entire equipment of your main character.

Really? I mean it’s not necessarily difficult completing the seasonal journey (especially now). It’s simply time consuming, since you can literally only unlock a single tab per season.

If you remember which skills and passives to switch out. That’s why I have the Armory - to remember for me.

Especially for sets I haven’t played in a long time.
