hello its been over a cuple days now im still not able to join game the start game icon is grey out this includes the ptr and its account specific because im able to join game on my other account no issues
any luck yet? I am having same problem…are you playing on a Mac?
im having the same thing happen. happened 2 days ago too. theres 7 of us now. everyone make a tiket and talk to blues.
This is a known issue for the unable to join game or the start game button being greyed out issues. This is currently being investigated and we’ll continue to update on the main thread, here.
Going to go ahead and lock this to keep the issue centralized to one thread.
