SSF - Shared Stash between Characters

With season 29 we are getting the Solo Self Found mode (SSF) and I am worried that our stashed will be shared between characters.

Can we please have individual stashes (and perhaps paragons) per character in SSF, please? If we are able to freely trade items between our own characters, the meta will devolve into farming greater rifts on the ‘best’ class, to then use blood shards, gear, and crafting materials on your preferred class.

This will mean that in order to be competitive, you might be forced to play a class you don’t like to play at all, in order to level up your gems and get gear faster.

I would like a barbarian leaderboard to consist of people who plays BARB ONLY and not someone who plays wizard 99% of the time and then does 1 grift on their twinked out barb toon in order to get nr1 on leaderboard.

Personally, any solution would work for me. But please don’t force me to grind on a meta class in order to be competitive. At that point you might as well not even be SSF.

I get what you are saying. But in the current D3 sunsetting stage, i doubt this will happen as it’s lot of dev work to create seperate stash for individual characters.

Also, many people within SSF wants that flexibility of farming and pushing with different characters while sharing crafting mats, gold etc. In the end it’s still a solo experience overall.

SSF means Solo Self Found, not Solo Character Found.

Even though you can share gear between your characters, you still have to put in the effort yourself and yourself only.

Paragon farmers will not be satisfied no matter the level and, apparently, they don’t care about the leaderboards. So let’s see if they can make it optional, pleasing most. When creating a character, we should have the following options: [ ] Hardcore [ ] Seasonal [ ] SSF [ ] Isolated character [ ] Paragon ceiling (800) This way we can have seasonal characters with and without a paragon cap but also SSF players with or without paragon cap.
