That is not a Federal nor State holiday. Nothing special.
Lol, the guy who built my first home took off Valentineās day and it pissed us off because he was 7 months late on a home construction that should have taken 6 months.

No one ever actually quits. They say they are quitting and then they are back. I have stopped a few times, but keep coming back. It is a bit addictive to me.

It could be like a love letter to us. To their toxic partner in a toxic reationship. 
Thereās also maintainence on Valentineās day, meaning they are not skipping this day from work.
I am happy that regardless of when they drop, they are closer today than they were a week ago. It will be very nice to see the adjustments. I still have hope for Saders and WD. Without hope, what is life?

As early as today? The normal announcement time before the start is 11-14 days before the season starts. S19 was the only season (as far as I know), where the season was only announced 8 days before the start.
