Simulacrum take damage with Masquerade set equipped.

On several occasions, Sims are being killed with the 2 pc or 6 pc set equipped.

I noted randomly I was missing Sims during rifts, decided to write the report after I watched a rift guardian 1 shot both of them with a fireball.

I end up letting mobs kill me so I can refresh the cooldown and cast them.

This occurs when you (the player) would be killed; one of the runes sacrifices your simulacrums to keep you alive. Not a bug, working as intended, although the wording is confusing and appears contradictory. Otherwise it would be like your followers’ cannot die tokens.

Hello. That can be many things. My estimation is that you are not well geared. How good is your gear overall? How high is your main stat and paragon? Do you have ancients ? In what content you die a lot? Gr 120 or torment 16? This is a relatively tanky build so I am kind of confused. Maybe you need some better items. Necro Masquerade broken / Simulacrums dying / dmg received

If the simulacrums are dying, it means you are taking fatal damage. The Masquerade set gives all runes to Simulacrum skill and one of those runes makes the simulacrums die instead of you when taking fatal damage. Working as intended.
