Taking shield Pilon, is removing my iron rose buff, so It is useless, in fact, isnt time to rework these pilons?.

Manually firing Blood Nova should ignore Shield pylon effect.

Yes, when you manually trigger Blood Nova, you will lose health, therefor the Iron Rose buff will stay.
I usually just do 1-2 manual casts under shield pylon, when I see the Iron Rose buff starts to drop.
