was playing my Dh using shadowglide rune for shadow power and the effect would only last half the duration about 2.5 seconds
The 2 sec speed bonus you are seeing drop off is from Tactical Advantage.
If you wait another 3 secs, you will slow down again when Shadow Glide drops off.

yah it was that skill im still having issues with a bug with achievements when logging on showing 0 also when switching from my alts i sometimes get party locked and have to restart diablo client aint a huge issue but its a bug ive been experiencing for some time now
The issue you reported about Shadow Glide is not a bug. If you are having other issues, you should make separate bug reports about them individually.
