We are requesting urgent help. VERY serious issue with clan mechanics in diablo 3 right now. I as clan leader can not alter any permissions, ranks, news, settings. New recruits are put in a non existent rank with no permissions that i can not fix. Anyone who tries to leave clan gets stuck in a limbo where they are partially inside and outside of clan. This issue is severe and urgent. We are unsure if its affecting other clans. PLEASE urgently respond and help. If you need more information please talk to me asap. Naito Clan.
Now its far worse. No one can access the roster, settings, chat, anything at all. If any dev/gm sees this could you please reassure me that its being looked into at least? I have been working on and leading a strong active community for d3 for a long time. It would really suck if some glitch ruined it for us x.x.
This has been occuring for about 3 days now.
Edit - It is impossible for me to leave the clan to make a new one either. So we are really royally stuck between a rock and a hard place. If any d3 devs are out there. Help? Please?

Clans have been down for almost a week. Can we get some verification that someone at Blizz is aware and working on a fix?

Can we Please get some kind of a resolution or acknowledgement that someone is looking into this??? PLEASE. It is killing the game play.

I am also a member of this clan and unable to interact with my long time clan mates. It is very disappointing and I feel like a huge part of the game is completely broken for me.

Hey Blizz, this is no joke. As far as any of us know, all clan members are affected in the same way – complete shutout from all clan related functions.

I too am not able to open clan or chat with clan members. Very serious issue here. Please help!
Our clan TLO is having the same issues with our clan, none of us can open clan/clan chat or invite new members. Very frustrating and needs to be resolved.
Hopefully someone there will respond so we know this issue is being worked on.

Hey to everyone in this thread from other clans. Darkangel and a couple others. I just want to let you know that the devs do know about the problem. The support staff got back to me and told me that they talked to the devs about it and they responded that they know. So we just gotta sit and wait for now.

My officers created a new clan so our clan members can actually be in a functional clan, but I’ll be stuck in limbo I guess until Blizzard resolves the issue.

As the remaining clanleader? There is a workaround.
You can open a ticket and request a callback.
They are able to close/delete clans and you can create a new one or join your alternate clan.
We did a ticket Corn. And they are NOT able to delect or close our clan or anyones. The current support staff has no diablo 3 dev tools. I have proof but I dont really want to post tickets from them here unless I have too.

other gm’s also told me directly that they can’t do that. but here is a quote from one from later in the ticket discussions. “As for what can be done by you or Customer Support, we are not able to simply delete the guild and recreate it. We also are not able to kick players manually from the guild. Since our tools won’t work, we also would be affected by this same problem and be unable to interact with the guild too. Lastly regarding sharing Battlenet information of guild members, that is not something Game Masters will ever do due to privacy reasons.”
In the eu it seems that they are able to delete clans.

Haven’t been able to do anything in my clan, can’t delete, can’t invite, can’t chat, can’t disband clan - I would disband it if I could.
Blizzard if you see this post and can delete a clan Please delete TLO - The Last One clan so I can get out of this limbo situation.
He had to call them. It seems that there isn’t a number. To get a call he had to create a ticket and request a callback.
They may be able to there but the support staff here straight up says they can’t and or wont or both sadly.
Support staff told me that the devs said ‘we know’ about the problem but nothing else thus far from dev staff.
ALSO IF ANY BLIZZ DEV IS WATCHING CAN YOU /PLEASE/ LET US KNOW IF A FIX IS INCOMING? OR JUST YOU GUYS KNOW ITS A THING BUT WHATEVER. WE JUST WANT INFO HERE!
Sad. It’s hard to believe that there aren’t able to do it, especially if some users report that there are able.
I googeled a bit and found something interesting. There was/is? a chat command to close a clan. /clanauflösen or /caufl (german version)
/? should show the available commands. Maybe its still there.

The MWJ Clan is also having this issue as well. The clan is unavailable and unable to see the roster, news and etc.
