I’m facing an issue since few days. My season journey screen is blank.
The weird thing is that it happens only when connected to European realm. When connected to American realm (same device, same account), the season journey displays fine.
I’ve already tried everything that is explained in this thread without success :
I’ve also tried a fresh install on a second device, and when I connect with my account, the same problem occurs : season journey screen is blank on Europe realm, but works fine on America.
Please could you help to investigate and solve this very annoying issue.
It seems that several players are facing the same issue since few days (see also in this post : Season Journey and Achievement Bug [Solution] )
Note that I’ve also tried connecting via another DNS (Google DNS) : same issue.
Also, connecting thru a VPN, from several server around the world (UK, US, Canada, Japan …) : same issue !
Hard to think this issue is not Account bound …
