Season Guardian not completing

i just did all the guardian season objectives and dind’t got the pet or the portrait, i got all the “check marks” in the boxes but the little square show a padlock yet…
it shows “6/6 objectives complete”.

Yes i’m using a Season character;
I’ve logged out of the game and came back and still nothing;
I’ve waited for at least 30 minutes and nothing changed.

Did you complete all of the previous chapters first…

If you used one of your leveled legendary gems to satisfy the augment, you may no longer satisfy the legendary gem objective.

Hmm. This is it. I haven’t played in a while and didn’t realize that you had to do this slayer, etc. one before. Should work once I do those. Thanks.
