Season 22 - Idea - Kill Command does not destroy skeletons OR Enforcer, Frenzy or Dark Mending becomes a poison skill
Motivation
Command Skeletons / Kill Command destroys skeletons. In practice, this skill (as it is currently designed) is uncompatible with Nayr’s Black Death.
Other runes do not apply poison damage, thus are uncompatible with Nayr’s Black Death.

Now commands your skeletons to explode, dealing 215% weapon damage as Poison to enemies within 15 yards.

Why not. A preference between Enforcer, Frenzy or Dark Mending ?
Enforcer is the best rune so it would seem mean to steal it from builds that will actually use pets. So I would say Dark Mending.

The only skeletons available for a class is the necromancer and no other class has that ability
