I saw someone else post a picture of a character wearing a Shako…
And the lime-green color is awful! 
Hopefully it’s something they are still working on (seeing as how it’s alpha), but the current appearance of the Shako can be seen on the left here, and on the right is a quick edit of how it should look.

Who in their right mind thought Shako should visibily look LIME GREEN. Unless maybe it’s some placeholder color? lol.
Its like the bright turquoise blue for being frozen - it just doesn’t fit. Shako should definitely be closer to your version, maybe a smidge brighter.
Probably the same team who is in charge of the character designs. They really need to get their eyes checked.
That’s brutal looking… lol yeah some of these color changes are questionable… maybe we should have transmogging in the character selection menu or something… cause yeah that’s bad.

God it looks awful! It looks like the Pally died his hair. I’d go with slightly lighter than the right image. Anything but that terrible neon green.
I love that green yellow lime colour a lot, but that’s not how the colour of a shako looks like

It’s been what? 2 weeks since anyone has had access to the alpha?
I think it comes from someone who used the cracked alpha. He used hero editor on the original diablo to make a char and then copied the saves character files into the alpha save files.
i wasn’t away there was an alpha crack that allowed play after the monday i was shutdown… hacking in the single player items is easy enough, but how are we only getting this “now” and not 2 weeks ago? alpha hasn’t been playable for 2 weeks
There are many issues with colors being too bright.
E. g. armors with and Amethyst appear pink, not purple and frozen enemies are more of a cyan that the original blue.
I love how Shako fashion is a hot topic in the Diablo 2r forum.
Why wouldn’t it be? jsp, reddit talking about it too…it does look a bit…off.
There are lots of people playing the cracked version every day. Sometimes there are people streaming it on twitch, even.
The cracks are getting more and more information each day as well. Some have even gone as far as to privately unlock some of the hidden textures in a3+
The reason you’re just now seeing this ugly Shako is because you’re not looking for it. If you lurk Reddit/Discord servers you’ll see every item in the game has already been “found” or imported and shared.
There is also evidence of memory locations that control the auto map - meaning maphack is not far off. I expect this game will already have several hacks/bots ready before it’s released.
That unique shako is the “Harlequin Crest”. The lime green color makes sense.

Only suitable on female class using shako
