Saw someone post an image of a Shako

I bet they’ve done so much work, beta is going to be awesome!

This is just one example of why too much change will ruin the game when D2R is released.

How about a ethereal lime green shako drops as your first one in the S1 of D2R?

I have seen this picture with the lime shako already 2 weeks ago, it’s not a new picture at all

There is a picture with a white shako that shows all gem colours, the saphire looks white and the amethyst pink lol. But who knows if these pictures are real or not.

I don’t feel like it is ruining the game. Does it looks weird? Yes lol, but ruining the game because of this is a bit extreme.

It’s Dennis Rodman as a Paladin.

yeah i do not care for the changing color depending on gem socketed. id rather it just stay the color its supposed to be. the color does not dictate what im going to put into the socket anyway.

I must be very upset with Paladin’s face to just notice how deadly his stare is, lol!
It is a man stare when someone has put an ugly color cap on him and found out that his daughter is going to to prom with Diablo without telling him! :joy:

On the serious note, May13, can you make the color a bit more like Olive green?

Needs to be darker, not lighter

Gear changed color when you added gems to it in OG D2, why would they remove that?

i guess i didnt notice that or just dont remember. either way, not to worried about it now. as i said, it wont effect what i put into the socket. most likely will be a rune, as always.

Yeah I think people forget that “Shako” isn’t the item’s real name. I agree the lime green is ugly but technically it should probably look like a jester’s cap.

They should just somehow open source graphic files and people can make them for them free save them time and money haha

It’s probably an easy thing to forget. It only worked on items that were not unique and did not have a color already that some magical effects would give.

And yeah you don’t really just put gems into an item most of the time, so it is hardly a useful feature.
