is there any built using this belt ? maybe lon/d barb i guess ?
or this belt is just garbage ? one rune that pick my interest is crushing advance which redirect 35 % dmg to enemy , will this rune get stronger if i got 10 stack of over power skill ?
any idea guys ?
There is no good build using that belt. But, Prokhan was using it in his LoD Frenzy setup, described in this thread:

If you use killing spree (lightning) in an LoD build+ if you could utilize CoE: what I do is first use it in a group of mobs to stack. Then wait for an oculus ring in the physical CoE cycle. You take your spot in oculus ring then when lightning CoE cycle comes, you use all 3 stacks of your OP. In this type of executions in an LoD build I observed that OP is trimming major chunks of HP from elites.
