Seems like players who DID NOT login during unexpected season downtime 2 weeks ago, or the ones that decided to perform rollback are unaffected (I, for one, did a rollback on EU and I got my mail today, together with my paragons).

Yeah.
I had a char on EU that didn’t log in during that time, remained unaffected, and did transfer over to NS normally. So that scenario and rollback chars seem to be working normally.
Re-Transferred and newly created chars, however, have bugged out.

y wonder if they want us to play their game or give them more money in the future…
I expect them to fix this but dont count on it. 3 tabs for each class and lifetime free season pass in d4 would be a compensation worth the name or needed really the space at least. but we prob get a “set” transmog at some point . that doesnt go with a full set ofc…

I’ve just opened a ticket. I’m from Germany. It’s a shame that we have to deal with something like this now. Mistakes happen, but they shouldn’t be a disadvantage for the players. I would be very pleased if someone could help us.
Not that anyone has seen. I suspect that it won’t be, though.
So you suspect that the missing paragon, missing stashes, missing materials wont be fixed?

We could be surprised, but I’m not going to hold my breath.

Why is there noone in devs there that can just push the button and have people get mail and paragon.
I mean the 2.6k paragon are gone too… but all the items… but if all fails, they should at least reroll and start the season again for 1 day, so everyone has time to put the season stash on characters. THEY OWE USE THIS. THEY MESSED UP TWO TIMES! THEY SHOULD HAVE REROLLED GLOBALLY THE FIRST TIME!!

Season 33 has now ended on Americas and… yep, same issue.
No stash mail, no paragons transferred to non-season…
At least, the stuff in my inventory made it through.

Now that the Asian, European, and American Server S33 have ended, what Blizzard needs to do is to immediately respond to this incident and solve the problem as soon as possible.

i dont do rollback when season 33 end prematurely then restarted. now i lost 2 weeks worth my progress after season restarted (exp, gold, materials, all of my gear in my stash). only gear that my character use and their inventory was safe.

Same here! There was so much that I got in the last few days. So much that such a monumental mess-up might make me stop playing completely. Hadn’t played in years and decided to give the season a go. Had no idea of the problems and hoped that they were fixed. I just need an email. Where is the stuff?

Same thing here! Didn’t do the rollback and just got screwed out of everything from their stupid “oops”! Talk about dropping the ball. Give us our stuff Blizz!! Fix it and make it right!
Same here season 33 just ended a few hours ago in na and no paragon or stash items were transferred to my non season this is the progress from the Jan 5th screw up when everything got messed up so I restarted had to redo the alter and everything I went to log on to the new non seasonal character and it showed -1700 paragon I would like this fixed I wrote a ticket about this hopefully they fix this
When the season ended none of the items in my stash were transferred to non-season. This is even worse than the previous screw up. Wow.
Correct. Anyone who logged into the game during the shutdown had their stash and xp sent to non-season at that time. If you played Season after it was reset, nothing transferred except what is in inventory.
It may be a Bug, but it is unlikely to be corrected.
Only those who did not login at the time and those who did rollbacks got mail and xp after the reset.
