Has there ever been a reset of non-season paragon? I’m surprised 13K is the highest in that region.
No, Non Season has been counting for a very long time now. And remember that levels get longer and longer the higher you go. Like the last 1k is basically the same as teh first 15,000 paragon levels in terms of total xp
Why should non-season have any bans at all? In fact, non-season should play completely offline, LAN only.

Some of the best gaming I’ve enjoyed was back in the day in my apartment, CAT 5 cables everywhere, playing Starcraft or w/e over LAN with some other nerd friends.
I remember my GF saying goodbye in the early hours as she went to work on Saturday, saying have fun etc and then she came home that evening and the place was just a pile of hardware/cables and nerds raging out about Protoss.
She was not happy. 
Good times!
