I come back and play pretty much every other season or so and always enjoy for a week or 2. But this season been a pain, have had just 2 Ramaladni’s drop. 750 paragon and usually by now i would have a stash full of them. Im duel wield and used 1 on alter, then made the mistake of using a crucible on item which i had already used Ramaladni’s now screwed. I have an alt that is waiting for a couple also. I mean seriously.
I feel your frustration but they are there. I didn’t get one until lvl 650. Now at level 1000 I have more than I can use. Most of mine came in GRs.

Miamivice196, Ramaladini’s Gift is a rare drop that can be found in Nephalem Rifts, Greater Rifts, and even while clearing out a Vision of Enmity. “Patience is a virtue” when it comes to RNG(Random Number Generator).

For Ramaladni’s Gifts, farm Visions of Enmity and Greater Rifts. They can drop anywhere, be it from chests or slain monsters but your best bet are farming those two. Next best thing would be constantly checking areas with guaranteed Resplendent Chest spawns and slaying Unique Boss enemies with purple names but those are completely random.
Never use Crucibles at already Ancient items and never be hasty to use Ramaladni’s early on non-Sanctified items. You should have apply the Crucible on another item you equip but your weapon, such as a ring until you find a non-Ancient replacement with low stats.
the drop rate is definitely lower now due to crucibles in the loot pool. same with screams. but it’s a non issue when you’re able to 1:30 gr95’s while leveling gems. sucks at the start though.

That’s not really true. Unless you’re doing nothing but Greater Rifts.
I’ve run one Vision Level on T16 and picked up 2 Crucibles and a Ramaladni’s Gift. And I’ve run a Greater Rift (80 to 90 ?) and picked up one of each.

Well, it’s one more item in the pool so you are slightly less likely to get a Ramaladni for every item dropped. Is it negligible though? Yes.
No problems here. I’ve been doing this all Season, once I hit Level 70. Sometimes I get a Crucible instead of a Petrified Scream. And this was only a Greater Rift 90 a couple of hours ago.
After adding Weapon Sockets for 7 builds, some dual-wielding, I still have a half-dozen Ramaladni’s Gifts or more left. And I’m still finding more (as you can see in the image above).

If you don’t like it, tell Blizzard. They’re in the same order, from top to bottom, as the Artisan has them listed. Or, have you never visited Shen the Jeweler?

Just quoting you so I can get your attention because I want to ask a question: how do you get those icons for the drops? It shows a ring icon for the rings, necklace icon for the necklace, etc.
EDIT: Nevermind, found it. Can’t believe I’ve been playing so many years without noticing those settings!

Screams are not part of the general loot pool. They drop on top of the drops you are supposed to get for a GR. Turn off pet, run GR90+. You will get 12 drops every time, unless a screams drops, you will get 13.
Did a quick check and, yes, crucibles are part of the general loot pool, so they do slightly dilute the drop rate for Ramalamadingdongs.

Well… I’m gonna post them anyway. 
The way I have mine set:
- Labels do not show. Only icons. (Less clutter on the screen).
- Labels do not fade out after a few seconds. (I missed a lot of loot in the early days).
- If I mouse-over an item on the ground and press the Ctrl key I get its tooltip.
- I don’t have a Show Items on Ground key set because I have Item Label Display set to Push to Toggle. (This keeps me from accidentally turning the Icons off).
Note: The Show Item Tooltip on Ground cannot be changed, which is why it is grayed-out.

Ngl, getting a bit frustrated with these, 880 paragon and sofar not even one Ramaladrng’s. 7 screams, 31 crucibles, doing visions and 110 ish GR’s to level gems. Besides not getting them for weapons dmg upgrade i’m also stuck in the altar, i need a gift and 20 GR keys to proceed. Maybe i should try reverse psychology and say that i don’t want these damn things since nothing else helps atm…
Lol i swear to god, i did an echoing nightmare 30 minutes after the previous post, guess what what dropped from one of the pylon elites…
I did a bunch of speed runs in GR 90. I did 5 runs to get a couple of Ramaladini’s Gift.
I LOL’ led for this…
Back to basic - Indeed it’s been quite dry ride with those but yet they are there, just keep grinding…
