As the post says PTR has ended. Hope they manage to fix and balance S21 theme.

Looking forward for S21 preview blog. I feel many changes are gonna be happening.

Seems rather typical for a blizz ptr… You tell them 10 things are broken, they fix two of the 10 (dh set mechanics, simulcrums falling behind), change something completely random (soj), and then pat themselves on the back and push it live with no changes to the other 8 things.

It always just feels so completely half bottom-ed
