no. wrong. there are just so many companies who ARE able to post a time and are capable to hold the timeline. this is NORMAL.
not normal is to dont be able to fix bugs for over a month.
not normal is not beeing able to give us a time and deliver on that time!
and one other poing : giving a time would maybe instill at least a little bit of discipline into some of this employees.
im personally think there should be consequences. ppl have to leave the company. 1 month battlenet bugs ? its a joke ? no… thats blizzard right now.
(english is not my mothertongue, but you should get the points)

Imagine what will happen when the server goes live and you get 20h queue times each day of PTR until the end. Pandemonium isn’t enough to describe what will happen on the forums.
It will make a zombie apocalypse outbreak look like a trip to a scary house in an amusement park…
You sure are acting like you’re 12. Since when is an issue that started today around for over a month? Issues are handled on a priority system and some are more complicated than others. I am 1000000% sure you dont know how to fix any of them gives these people a break!
it’s a Test Realm. It’s not a season in which they have months in planning the launch. How many games launch a PTR at a specific time every time?

- invite bug
- nonseason/season
- champs appear as unknow champs
etc etc etc etc
I will agree to disagree with you.
You obviously have seen some programming code at some time, so whether it is C, or assembly or whatever, then you know that every form of coding is different with an experienced coder and to assess anything without seeing the code or the inter-connected sub-routines, then that is a very global and ambiguous way to look at it.
I understand your frustration, but tarring one company with the same brush as another is rarely correct.
I must remember not to drink anything when I read posts. I have to clean my screen now.

Diablo 3 has been one of the least buggy games i’ve ever played in this genre. In comparison to PoE, it’s a million times smoother.

He means the current Battlenet related bugs involving recent players list, invites, groups, etc. Those are not actually caused by the D3 code exactly. They are caused by changes to the Bnet infrastructure. They impact the live game, not PTR>
However, if someone thinks the PTR is going to be bug free, start at a specific time, or be stable, they are likely to be disappointed. The entire point is to bring it up when QA has it ready and take it up/down as needed to test and such. It is promised to have issues actually. That is the whole point.

I gotcha. I agree those were annoying bugs but yeah those were from the bnet infrastructure changes they made. (completely forgot about that until you mentioned it) Thanks for all your awesomeness on here 
Well PoE is so much more complex as well.
It’s like: A game in a game, in a game and so forth (or in another word, multiple medium expansions per year).

I’m not supposed to act like a 12 years old,but some of us are actually not the gamers u want to be like 20 hours/day free of charge with no problems on their head. we plan our time. i won’t promise my wife i won’t make her a child because of bugs at work. if i say its tuesday,then tuesday it is ! don’t be absurd and act like you are mature. PTR or seasonal,if you announce something,make it happen,or shut up! I understand bugs,but at least make it playable and add a note We are repairing the other aspects ASAP,sorry and understand us for not being in time with a proper release
