PS4/5 Necromancer voice problem

Im on ps5 and Necromancer in game does not have a voice in dialogues. I tried create another one and different sex but still no voice acting

Necromancer - Speech Bug

If you create a new character, here the Necromancer, the sound of the voice of the character is not working. There is no sound at all. There is the speech bubble on top but no sound.

Lost voiceacting for Necromancer for PS5 after update
