Please allow integrated graphics drivers

I’m not much of a computer whiz, although I checked the system requirements and I believe everything looks at least minimum. However, the game is unplayable. Black screen on start, then shutdown.
In a forum, customer service said that currently the game doesn’t support certain drivers and they don’t know if dev will allow for that.
I’m just trying to relive the old days of playing D2, and I hope by release there is support for average systems.

It is VERY likely that you do not meet minimum requirements if you are using an integrated gpu

+1. there are many of us using intel integrated graphics and cannot launch the game, even if everything else is up to par. im hoping this will be solved by launch, i know from posts on this forum and reddit that others are having this problem with the same graphics cards, hopefully more come and request it and devs see it.
i included this in my email about a refund but customer service also was not a dev and had no light to shed.

It is disappointing that they have no love for Intel graphics. I’m done and moving on.

I also was very disappointed when I had to ask for a refund because the game does not support onboard graphics. If they do change it I will immediately repurchase the game. I was so looking forward to exploring with an amazon again.

You could just get a dedicated GPU. Literally a toaster is more powerful then a integrated gpu; do yourself a favor and spent 80 bucks and get literally any dedicated gpu you can find

What part of minimum requirements don’t you understand?

Integrated graphics are just barely enough to surf the internet. Yes, you can play some simple games, but when it comes to modern gaming, with 3d realtime rendering, ray tracing, texture mapping, and much higher resolutions, exceeding high definition, well… You’re actually better off buying a console, such as x-box or PlayStation. These little boxes have everything built-in. When purchasing a new computer, always look for word, ‘gaming,’ on the box. That way, you’ll know it’s up to today’s standards.
