Just like they had issues when the altar didnt show up in PTR when season 30 was active in PTR as well, Got it

Pez’s tweet in August 2023 and the patch notes that were released in January 2024 are consistent in that both state altar will be in non-season.

What is interesting, that when you look closely on the image from the Patch notes you will see, that the patch number is 2.7.7.92355, while we got some earlier patch (.92326). Maybe that’s the case of missing Altar and Visions?

Patch notes certainly shows NS altar possibility but it isnt solid enough wording though. Had high hopes too.
Which section in the preview contained the info about altar?
Was it in the seasons part or in patch part?
Info came from Pez tho, If he wasnt sure then it would of been best to not say at all. I remember the tweet to someone CLEARLY asked if the alter would be in NS and he said yes!!!

Maybe they need to get the lawyers who wrote their EULA to write their patch notes, that way there is little to no chance of misunderstandings.
Oh wait, lawyers cost money… And this game makes little to no money for Blizzard… Might as well have Raymond the Janitor write them during his lunch break, right?

Are you talking about his first tweet on August 11, 2023? If so, you are right.
However, he was later asked specifically in that thread if altar was coming to non-season. His reply was yes. It was 
clear.

Someone should check console. If there is no altar in offline nonseason 2.7.7 console, then you’re never getting altar.

This is BS!
They nerfed builds and the altar’s buffs would have helped balance out the overall effect. But not for NS!
No QOL improvements, and no visions to make for easier bounty mats farming solo in NS.

The PTR notes mentioned the altar twice. Once in the intro paragraph, and again further down the article.
Originally, the intro paragraph said “all modes”. But not long after, it was strealth changed to “season mode”, which it still says today.

Thank to the God that you can to not install the update on console. It compltely useless for offline play.
