Obvious bug abuse

US servers - 150 GRs 4-man under one minute? Please address this, as the there are similarly “fantastic” single-player DH and 3-man 150 GR clears involving the same person.

Bumping because important and ignored for 6 days already.

Please see How to Write a Good Bug Report.

We read every single thread that is posted on this forum. However, we will not always respond to every thread. If you do not get a blue response, please DO NOT bump posts. We will ignore and possibly delete any post that simply says “Bump” or demands a response from a Blizzard poster.

If they want people not to bump they should end this default stance of ignoring everything to start with. Asia at least made efforts in day 1 and 2 of their season. We havn’t even got an acknowledgement in NA.

In fact reading the blue post telling us to send exploit reports to nevalistis (not with blizz anymore) they are more likely to ban someone for reporting an exploit in the forum than to ban an exploiter what a joke of a company.

This is normal for Blizzard.

I am sure they still own and monitor this email address, otherwise they would change it on the website.

I agree with you, but you are still breaking the rules.

This would be abnormal for Blizzard. I’d love to make a proper bug report on this GR 150 DH lag exploit, but that’s forbidden by that post. And as someone else who monitors the video’s views/downloads that he sends to hacks@blizzard.com… they didn’t watch a single one of his many videos he reported. Therefore the only option left is to moan on the forum until they acknowledge and/or fix the exploit and ban the cheaters doing GR 150 in < 1 minute at top of DH and 4 players leaderboard in NA region right now. One of them is named TotallyLegit to take the piss out of blizzard with a Gr 150 solo in 1 minute 2 seconds. The issue is well known in the community now and there are many youtube/twitch videos of it. Blizzard just needs to pull their finger out and address the issue. Ban the expoiters, remove them from leaderboard, so the rest of us can naturally go up a few ranks.

I am not telling you want to do, just making sure you are aware that you are breaking the rules and letting you know that this thread will probably get deleted because of it, which hurts your cause more than it helps it.

If that is how this plays out then I simply won’t buy Diablo 4. You don’t let cheaters run rampant and ban the people reporting them. That is terrible business and a fantastic way to lose customers.

Right there with you.

I have already made that decision a long ago because this has been their business pattern for several years now, and they do not learn from it.

They treat their customers like crap, and never communicate with them.

I doubt my post is against the rules, since I don’t know what the exploit is nor do I want to, therfore I cannot by any definition be accused of discussing it. All I know is that there is some hot fresh nonsense going on and it’s Blizzard’s job to fix it, and it makes those of us who play the game correctly look like chumps.

So fix it.

To say nothing of the fact that the game has been mostly unplayable for most of two days.

It’s not your OP who is against rules, it’s the fact to bump the post.

Well for once Blizzard has impressed me somewhat. Communication would of been nice (i still dream of a day they acknowledge things promptly)… Saltiness aside…THANK YOU BLIZZARD. I logged in today, did a 126GR and got rank 186… thats over 500 cheaters wiped from the leaderboard and a patch to fix the exploit in a blue post!

However, apparently a lot of the people who abused the exploit are still playing with their ill gained paragons… lets hope some account action happens soon.
