I was killed in the Royal Crypts in Adventure Mode by Kauza the Murderer and I did not receive a “You have died” message. Trying to report it through customer service guided me to list it in the forums. All other menu functions, including opening a customer service browser window, the game menu, the store, collections, etc. seem to function just fine. It is not possible to revive at corpse, in town, or at last checkpoint without receiving the “You have died” message and I will now have to leave the game and start a new one. Pretty annoying. Please fix!

Been around for a long time. I doubt that THIS will be the season that they address this.
